Our company was established in 1981 under the name of China Dalian International maritime technical service company (hereinafter referred to as INMATESECO) and was among the forerunner companies handling seaman export service in China. INMATESECO is affiliated to China Dalian International Cooperation (Group) Holdings Corporation and serves as deputy chairman of China Coordination Council for Overseas Seamen Employment (COSE).
  Decades of dedication to overseas seafarer employment has enriched us with management experience in this industry, and our team consists of 22 experienced and highly motivated captains, chief engineers and other senior officers. With gradual perfection of our distinctive management system, our company is among the first seafarer manning companies which obtained CSV and DNV ISO 9000 certification.
